Money Back Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of any product purchased 100% Mexico, you may return or exchange your merchandise in satisfactory condition within one month of the original delivery date. Freight charges, however, are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may not be the same as outbound shipping fees.
Shipping Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or DHL from Mexico City, Mexico, unless other arrangements have been made or are noted otherwise. Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the time of checkout (10% of the total amount). Most items are kept in stock and shipped within three working days of your order, and most areas of the U.S. are serviced within one week of the ship date. One-of-a-kind items are subject to prior sale. We will inform you of your options by E-mail if an item you have requested is no longer available or is on backorder.
Damage We use extreme care when packaging our merchandise. In the unlikely event that a package arrives damaged (e.g., dented, torn, crushed, etc.), please note this on the driver's delivery slip at the time of arrival. Refuse delivery of any merchandise that is visibly damaged. If damage is discovered after the driver has left, please save all packaging materials and e-mail us immediately at acapulco@100mexico.com (maximum 7 days from date of delivery). In the case of noted damage 100% Mexico will file all necessary claims with the shipping companies and send a replacement to you.
